Returns:
We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in original packaging and condition.
For returns you will receive a full refund less shipping charges.
Items damaged in shipping will be replaced at no additional charge.
We must be advised in advance of customer returns.
No returns of doll house kits or finished doll houses. All Real Good Toys doll house kits carry the manufacturer's full guarantee. We will replace any damaged or missing parts at our own expense.
